A year after returning from Dragon City, Jim Button and engine driver Luke leave the peaceful island of Morrowland when the pirate gang known as the Wild 13 seeks revenge for the defeat of the dragon Mrs Grindtooth. Traveling with their steam engines, they reunite with old friends, meet a mermaid, and pursue the truth about Jim’s mysterious origins.
