Zurmo uses anonymous operational data to keep recommendations, catalog pages, and current availability reliable. We do not sell personal information.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you choose “Allow analytics.” They help us understand aggregate navigation, performance, errors, and which discovery tools are useful. Declining does not limit the catalog or recommendations. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be cleared with your site data.

Zurmo does not intentionally send raw search queries, assistant conversation text, email addresses, provider credentials, or administrator data to these analytics services.

Assistant and recommendation requests

Requests may be processed to produce answers, enforce abuse limits, diagnose failures, and improve relevance. Product analytics use bounded event names and non-sensitive identifiers, not the private text of a question.

Movie and TV data

Catalog facts, artwork, ratings, availability, and trend observations include their source and observation time where relevant. See the data-sources page for provider attribution.
