When the evil witch Gingema conjures a hurricane, Ellie and her dog Totoshka are swept from their distant city to the country of the Munchkins. To find their way home, Ellie joins the Scarecrow, Tin Woodman, and Cowardly Lion on the yellow brick road toward the Emerald City, where they seek the Wizard who can grant their cherished wishes.
