After nine-year-old Kuhu drowns in a lake in Nainital, her father, Manav, survives a fall from a cliff but begins hallucinating and undergoing a strange metamorphosis. When film school graduate Vidhu hears the story from his girlfriend, Koya, he joins a four-person crew traveling to Nainital to film paranormal activity surrounding Kuhu’s family, where their investigation encounters increasingly disturbing circumstances.
