In the early 1980s countryside, 13-year-old orphan Nour is a clever compulsive liar whose poor eyesight is only partly helped by his glasses. Seeking his classmates’ respect, he enters the haunted house outside their school and discovers a solitary old man hiding from the world. Their encounter leads to an unexpected friendship and apprenticeship.
