Brothers Prabhu and Sathyaraj both fall in love with their uncle’s daughter, Nadiya, whose arranged marriage to a wealthy man is canceled after dire circumstances. Returning to her village to live with her uncles and grandmother, she eventually chooses Prabhu, while Sathyaraj rescues the widow Sudha Chandran and falls for her. The brothers ultimately marry happily.
