In the 1970s, Director Kim attempts to re-shoot the ending of his completed film, Cobweb, driven by his artistic ambitions. His plans are disrupted by censorship authorities and by actors and producers who cannot understand the rewritten conclusion. As confusion and turmoil spread across the set, Kim struggles to complete the altered film.
