At a biotechnology conference, Professor Se-jeong is caught in a lethal outbreak when a fast-changing virus is unleashed inside the facility. Authorities seal the site, cutting off escape and leaving Se-jeong confined with a handful of survivors. As infected people undergo horrifying physical changes, the group struggles to stay alive within the locked-down building. Their immediate problem is the spreading contagion and the desperate need to survive alongside those being transformed.
