In Yamalokam, Senior Yama hands responsibility to his son while Chitragupta is retained, leaving him disappointed. Seeking to teach the new Yama a lesson, Chitragupta brings Bullet Raja from Bhulokam to create chaos. Raja falls in love with Taapsee, but after Chitragupta arranges his death, he reaches hell, discovers the plot, and demands a return to Earth. Since his body is gone, Yama and Chitragupta place him inside the home minister’s body, changing the course of events.
