Hibiki Higoromo, known as Empty, is an amnesiac young girl who awakens in a neighboring world. There she encounters Tokisaki Kurumi, who leads her to a school while intending to kill a mysterious girl. At the school, Empty finds numerous semi-spirits gathered together, and a new battle begins.
