Wealthy philanthropist Jai Mehta falls for Tia Sharma, a teacher who is engaged to Raj. After Jai, drinking heavily, causes a crash that kills Raj and leaves Tia with severe memory loss, he assumes responsibility for her care. As Tia grows close to Jai and proposes marriage, her forgotten past threatens their future and may expose his role in Raj’s death.
