DCP DeSilva seeks to bring the feared head of a criminal empire to justice by recruiting Vijay, a man who looks exactly like the crime boss. The deception succeeds so completely that Vijay’s life soon comes under threat. When DeSilva dies, Vijay loses the only person who knows his true identity and is left in danger with no one else able to establish who he really is.
