Ravi Teja, a successful industrialist who owns a textile company, faces turmoil at home despite his achievements. His wife Madhavi and her mother make his personal life miserable, while business opponents plot to block an important new deal. After Nagaraju, a small-time thief, saves him, Ravi proposes that they exchange identities. Nagaraju agrees, allowing each man to take the other’s place as Ravi seeks relief from his domestic troubles and Nagaraju confronts Madhavi, her mother, and Ravi himself.
