In 1273 Jerusalem, Bedivere reaches the end of his journey as the Holy Land lies transformed into a desert and its people have been driven from their homes by war among three powers. While the Knights of the Round Table defend the Holy City and its Lion King, Ozymandias plots against the realm and the mountain people await rebellion. Bedivere enters the city, where he meets Ritsuka Fujimaru and Mash Kyrielight, who seek to restore human history.
