After a long run of failures, MI7 operative Happy Patel receives an assignment in Goa. The mission becomes personal when he discovers his Indian roots while trying to save a prominent scientist held by crime lord Mama. Happy’s comically British accent and repeated blunders set off a chain of chaotic mishaps, complicating his efforts to reach the captive and bringing him closer to a criminal network that may be exposed through the mission.
