Hanna Brooks arrives in Lakewood and tries to fit in at a high school still marked by a popular student’s drug-overdose death. Her anxiety disorder makes the move especially stressful, and pursuing acceptance with the school’s popular crowd draws her between a bad boy with a heart of gold and an alluring rich student whose apparent integrity is misleading. As those relationships lead her into danger, her mother Deborah fights to save her.
