Konthayum Poonoolum follows several disconnected characters seeking meaning in spiritual and supernatural experiences. A baker goes to meet his pregnant wife, while a moneylender has an imaginary friend. An atheist policeman is unfaithful to his wife, and an old man’s daughter gets into a road accident. Elsewhere, a photographer and a college girl try to prank her roommates. Their interwoven stories unfold through these personal situations, with each character facing a different encounter involving belief, deception, family, or an attempt at mischief.
