Masud Rana, an elite Bangladeshi CIA agent known by the codename MR-9, joins forces with an American CIA operative to target an international criminal organization. The group is headed by a ruthless businessman, placing the two agents in a mission to dismantle the organization and bring its leader down. As the operation unfolds, Rana and his American counterpart face the criminal enterprise together, with the organization and its powerful head standing between them and their objective.
