Romeo, a wealthy young man living with his widowed mother in Bangalore, becomes popular through singing and dancing and falls for Madhu, his fan. Their families arrange a wedding, but Romeo discovers Raj Mohan is stealing kidneys and other body parts from patients at Satya Moorthy Hospital before arranging their deaths in bus accidents. After warning Raj he will expose him, Romeo is shot, taken by ambulance, and thrown from a cliff.
