When post-master Dilip Kumar relocates to Mutharamkunnu, he discovers a community obsessed with wrestling and meets Kuttan Pillai, a proud retired wrestler. Dilip falls for Kuttan Pillai's daughter, Amminikutty, and, after learning she adores Mammooty, pretends to be the actor's close friend, intercepting her fan mail and answering it himself.
