Gauri, a young widow, loves reading books by Subraniam, her favourite author. Her circumstances change when the writer moves into her neighbourhood, placing the man she has known through his work in her everyday surroundings. With Subraniam now nearby, Gauri faces a new situation as her admiration for his writing meets the unexpected reality of having him close to home.
