Tamil Nadu Home Minister Karunamurthy, an honest man, is forced to help terrorists kill the Governor. Journalist and newspaper owner Nethaaji learns of the minister’s involvement and investigates, but his pursuit draws him into the terrorists’ plans. Forced to kidnap scientist Shivashankari, he becomes a target of the police and runs from place to place while trying to prove his innocence and expose the terrorists’ sinister plan.
