Ben and Laura set out on a round-the-world sailing trip, hoping to give their volatile relationship a new beginning. After discovering a deserted island off Chile, they take shelter from a violent storm in an abandoned whaling station. By morning, their boat is gone, leaving them stranded without communication as supplies dwindle and winter approaches. Forced to rely on each other, they face a harsh struggle for survival that puts their relationship under mounting pressure.
