Following the opening ceremony for the Demon Kingdom Federation Tempest, Rimuru and his companions accept an invitation from Celestial Emperor Hermesia to visit her private resort island. Hermesia is the Celestial Emperor of the great elven nation called the Magi Dynasty Salion. During the group’s brief vacation, a mysterious woman named Yura appears, and a new incident begins to unfold against the boundless azure sea.
