When waves deliver a wooden statue of Lenin to a small Black Sea town, the municipality installs it in the square to attract tourists. Before a ceremony involving the Prime Minister and a Russian delegation, Lenin is stolen, sending two Ankara investigators into a twelve-hour search while townspeople offer an unexpected answer about his whereabouts.
