Dilip Shukla

Dilip Shukla is a writer with film work including Khel, Bichhoo, Anth, and Elaan. In 1994, he wrote Anth and Elaan; he later wrote Bichhoo in 2000 and Khel in 2003, then directed Hello Hum Lallan Bol Rahe Hain in 2010.
