After the heroes dismiss him as useless, Beast Tamer Rein leaves their party and pursues a carefree life as an adventurer. During his qualifying test, he rescues Kanade from a monster, only to discover that she belongs to the extraordinarily powerful cat-people tribe. Kanade asks him to tame her, and their contract begins Rein’s new life while his former comrades and other powerful species notice his abilities.
