In a forest, Nowa, a bear, takes an abandoned puppy under his wing, names him Airi, and cares for him. When it is time for Nowa to hibernate, he must leave Airi temporarily. Several months later, Nowa wakes to discover that the puppy has grown into an attractive young man. Nowa now faces the transformed companion he had protected.
