Baku Yorozu lives an uneventful life until lucid dreaming gives him the ability to become an unstoppable secret agent. In the dream world, a monstrous figure called the Nightmare seeks to bring bad dreams into reality, while the boundary between dreams and waking life begins to break down. When Baku acquires a mysterious belt, he transforms into Kamen Rider ZEZTZ and faces the threat as dream and reality become increasingly difficult to separate.
