Seva and Oksana, a married couple over forty with three children, established careers, and a large Moscow apartment, seem to have an enviable life despite accumulated conflicts and low self-esteem. After Oksana confesses to cheating, she proposes an open marriage. Seva reluctantly agrees, even though he has a mistress: their youngest son’s teacher.
