Ride the Wind is a Chinese variety show centered on 30 female celebrities, each over the age of 30, who enter a competition to debut in a seven-member girlsband. The series follows these performers as they take part in the contest, with the central pressure coming from the limited places available in the final lineup. Only seven contestants can ultimately earn a debut position, while the full group competes for those spots.
