In a blue-collar neighborhood, Lina, a middle-aged woman who never leaves her balcony, watches the street and intervenes in daily life, offering practical help, parking advice, and warnings to police. Her constant attention irritates many neighbors until her son dies in a car accident. Afterward, Lina stops appearing on the balcony, and the neighborhood changes without its ever-present observer.
