Four aspiring film technicians need money to make their movie after a producer rejects their script, so they decide to steal from him. At the same time, the producer's paramour, a former actress, works with her boyfriend to take money from the same man. With both groups pursuing financing through theft, their plans place them on competing paths toward the producer and his money.
