After escaping a Vietnamese POW camp, Caine, Bronson, Angus, and Wendell find themselves living in the Hogan Hills Retirement Home for Returned Veterans. Each man has an unrealized dream, bringing the former Chain Breakers together to plan an escape from the home. Their effort is complicated by changed rules of engagement and their inability to remember what those rules were.
