On Seiran Island, Junnosuke Tachibana brings together the secret society NLNS to oppose a law. An unidentified wealthy benefactor provides the group with a hidden base and money as they pursue their mission. Junnosuke and the society must locate a mysterious girl and stop the law while avoiding detection by the SHO. Their efforts remain focused on carrying out these objectives while keeping the organization’s activities concealed.
