In a strict boarding school in the Himalayas, 16-year-old Mira begins discovering desire and romance. Her sexual and rebellious awakening develops under the shadow of her mother, a woman who never had the chance to come of age herself. When her mother’s own thwarted coming-of-age disrupts Mira’s awakening, the girl must face the collision between emerging adulthood and parental interference within the school’s rigid world.
